I manage cross-functional pharma projects (up to $30 M) with teams of 10 to 30 employees. I manage the day to day business operations and prioritize the technology portfolio. I also support leadership and company-wide initiatives such as cell therapy, knowledge management, and call for ideas. Resource planning, Risk Mitigation, Conflict Management, and adapting to change are my forte in this role. I spearhead Design Thinking, Agile, and Knowledge Management initiatives in the department.

I led the adaption and creation of new/ existing technologies and built communities of practice across the organization. I was co-leading the US product launch and marketing efforts for internal products. I worked in Basel, where I coordinated a 2 day Global Knowledge Management Conference and presented my technology in pilot stage to sponsors. I created metrics and managed costs and resources for operational business planning and created project plans for our key technologies and services.

I led the clinical technology program for mental health trials working in conjunction with the NHS. I worked with IT to analyze data and predict mental outcomes to prevent suicide and depression among youth. I also led the day to day operations to create KPI's, manage resources, and cross-functional teams. I was in charge of business development, psychoanalysis, and stakeholder management.

I led this company from the ground up and re-engineered the business process by conducting bottleneck and root cause analysis. It led to the merger and growth of the company, increasing sales in new sectors by 40%. Innovated the diamond manufacturing supply chain by incorporating blockchain with DeBeers. I developed the overall strategy and direction of the company and expanded it to different countries.

Led an international, cross-functional team of seven engineers (in Spain & Dubai) to build health technologies for industrial use for the Dubai Health Authority in three months. I Created Budget Reports and Timeline monitoring processes to plan sprints and was the SCRUM Master. I defined clear deliverables and targets to team members and executed sprints to deliver them. Design thinking and Innovation was incorporated thoroughly in my strategy for these products.
