I fixed the systems, the reporting, etc. I hired the right team members and trained the existing ones to know their job and to know what they did what they did. I put all into place for timely and accurate financial reporting. I don't drop the ball.

The company's Accounting team and financial systems were not in a stage that an audit could be completed and the process was at a stand still. I brought leadership to the team and to the relationship with the Audit firm.
