On-demand, "pay as you go" labor marketplaces are displacing traditional hiring processes in industries across the globe. One industry incredibly ripe for innovation is translation/interpretation, a world with high search costs and ridiculously low industry satisfaction rates. I'm part of Cadence's (formerly SeekPanda's) founding team, building what we hope will become any individual's or company's key to doing business abroad without speaking the local language.

Traveled extensively worldwide (mainly to Vietnam, Russia, Turkey, Greece, Greater China, Mexico and the United Kingdom) to perform due diligence, build financial models and operating plans, and help negotiate agreements for lottery partnerships
Liaised with SGMS Board and upper management to gain necessary corporate approvals before deal execution
Played significant role in SGMS’ awarding of 12-year contract to operate Greek State Lotteries (€190M license, Dec ‘12)

From August 2008 to August 2009, I worked as an M&A generalist -- however the majority of my work was in the Infrastructure space -- in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse in Sydney, Australia.

For the two years prior (July 2006 to July 2008) I worked as an Analyst in Credit Suisse's Media and Telecom Group in New York.
