• Assessment clients to determine the needs and requirements for GMP/HACCP implementation.
• Work with clients to create, train and help implement food safety programs, documents, HACCP programs.

• Supervised the process of receiving raw materials and take samples for pH, moisture, and micro analysis.
• Provided training and supervision of Floor Technicians and production personnel to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
