Responsible for the implementation process in changing the company wide accounting/ERP system (QuickBooks to NetSuite), in order to better integrate a new Corporate structure and the startup of a new business model including a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

Here, I was responsible for all financial and accounting needs, including maintaining banking, outside audit, and business vendor relationships. Also HR and IT functions.
Responsible for the implementation process in changing the company wide ERP system (SAP), in order to better integrate a new Corporate structure and the opening of a new facility. Achieved full implementation in 6 months, automating the production process and inventory control, which was previously done manually.
