Responsible for daily waste operations of Rubicon’s 25,000 client locations. Negotiated payment terms resulting in a $1.6MM annual save with largest vendors and an extra 30 days of cash on 40% of total vendor spend. Increased profit by $1MM annually through control implementation and employee training.

Responsible for the development of Logistics Managers and driving operational cost savings and improvements. Designed and executed strategy for operations to exceed savings goals on $300MM revenue operation. Personally responsible for at least a 1% EBITDA improvement each year. Optimized vehicle routing, redesigned warehouse layout and developed staffing model to reduce costs and create more stable, efficient operations. Performed detailed ongoing P&L analysis for quick improvements.
