I currently engage in various contract consulting roles with Director and VP-level individuals. Roles and responsibilities range from strategy projects to PMO-related work. My primary focus has been in the tech, digital health, and ecommerce space.

Recent projects include:
(a) Strategy for a corporate digital health innovation program
(b) Operational system for tracking and reporting on leads with KPI dashboard
(c) Executive presentation materials for a new Channel Partner strategy

Managed work streams for strategy and innovation projects including go-to-market plans, competitive assessments, industry research, and implementations of new ventures. Developed and presented complex financial models and executive presentation material to senior leaders. Industry focus was healthcare with an emphasis on new technologies and digital health innovations.

Sourced, performed due diligence, and screened 400+ startups across six innovation programs resulting in 10+ pilots. Developed relationships with digital health startups, prepared recommendation reports, and presented findings to senior executives.

Drove overall planning and owned product vision and roadmap for MVP launch, created Balsamiq mockups / wireframes, and developed user stories to hone in on appropriate feature developments and prioritization. Achieved an average open rate of 43.2% on email marketing campaigns and increased customer activation rate from 28% to 53%.

Advised clients on product feature set and go-to market strategy for pilot tests and product launches. Clients came from various industries including online education, real-time collaboration tools, and reputation management among others.

On-boarded and managed accounts and led operational implementation into client’s franchise systems. Launched a self-serve model for clients to quickly sign up, customize their offering, and implement in their quick service restaurant in 7 days.

Assisted in incubator operations for various cohort programs, engaged with the community including veteran CEOs, Venture Capitalists, and other startups as a community manager, and helped expand locations to beyond Silicon Valley. They are currently the largest technology incubator with over 50+ locations across the world.

As part of their 3-month internship program, I supported senior investment bankers on due diligence, financial models, and company valuations. We focused primarily on the fin tech sector with my primary project encompassing research, analysis, and valuation of a global stock exchange operator.
