Recruited to support Recoton Corporation, a marketer and producer of consumer electronic products, to operate while in Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection; assessed debtor-in-possession (DIP) financing needed under the asset-based revolving credit facility (ABL) to maintain enterprise value; monitored compliance with debt covenants. Sold to Gemini, a distributor of consumer electronics accessories and communications components.

Led client engagements, including domestic and cross-border transactions in Latin America, for major multinational corporations and leading private equity firms. Prepared quality-of-earnings reports, assessed balance sheet and off-balance sheet exposures, measured working capital levels, conducted financial and operational analysis of the target company, and formulated LBO models.
