Ran the oncology business to build the oncology portfolio via two Companion Diagnostics (CDx/IVD) Product Launches for Multiple Myeloma (AbbVie, Venclexta), Acute Myeloid Leukemia (Forma Therapeutics, REZLIDHIA) therapies and accessories. Led global marketing in product development of two new CDx for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (Merck, Astra Zeneca). Accountable for Marketing Plans, Go-To market strategy and congress planning. Partnered with Medical Affairs, R&D, Sales Training and agencies to develop content and promotional assets such as digital, sell sheets, product binders, customer presentations, white papers, disease state training, objection handlers through MRL approvals. Led affiliates for operationalization post launch, collaborated with Government Affairs for reimbursement, managed A&P budget.
