Brought in to provide portfolio analysis to build an Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, from start-up to execution including training and accompanying change management.

I was recruited to the business to lead project management strategies, including leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodology across the organization. I was hired at the start of the COVID-19 Pandemic and quickly helped the business adapt to new operations and processes to keep the moving forward.

Managed 4 projects from conception through completion; directed 20-member cross-functional project teams consisting of managers, analysts, vendors, and external partner administrators.

Brought into the organization to evaluate and lead the reorganization of the company’s PMO. In this role, I led the project management strategy and portfolio management that was critical to scaling the PMO to allow for more complex projects. Led the full project lifecycle for projects impacting 150+ individuals across both the parent company and 3 affiliates.

Hired to collaborate with the IT department on managing the company’s multi-million dollar project portfolio. In this role, I oversaw upgrades to software, as well as managed enterprise-wide projects across the organization’s 7 hospital system partners throughout the region. I led teams of up to 50 working on projects that spanned 3 months to 2 years.

Recruited to oversee the creation of project management operations for the company, including establishing and managing a cross-functional international team in the US and Mumbai, India. In this role, I reported project status and updates directly to the CEO.
