Oversee the strategy, development and management of the company’s talent development programs including virtual onboarding and learning, leadership development, professional development, eLearning, and mentor programs. Utilize needs assessments, innovative training design, methods and practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness to produce a return on training investment.

Morgan’s portfolio grew to over 50,000 units in this timeframe. Partnered with the VP of Training on the strategy, design and development of all talent development initiatives and the training budget, developed the Morgan Mentor Program, managed three levels of leadership development programs, delivered leadership development training, managed the company’s LMS, and created training plans for new acquisitions.

Morgan’s portfolio expanded to over 30,000 units during my time in this role. Managed the development and evaluation of training programs, the Morgan Certified Trainer program, the company’s LMS, and developed online courses via gotomeetings and gotowebinars.

Morgan Properties owned 10,750 units in 2002 and more than doubled in size to over 23,000 units by 2010. After completing several projects as an independent consultant, the COO offered me a full-time position to establish and lead the Training Department. In this role I developed various solutions to improve individual and company performance and prepare the company for future growth.

Designed and developed training and other performance improvement solutions to produce desired results for various companies in different industries including AstraZeneca, Astra Pharmaceuticals, SEI Investments, Unisys Corporation, Merck, Wyeth-Ayerst, First USA, Mack Trucks, Atlas Commerce, and Morgan Properties.
