I led behavioral health design & implementation, defining the company’s strategy for delivering behavioral health care to all members, including employer partners such as Google. I led the virtual coaching business and partnered with clinical leadership on a variety of population health initiatives focused on behavior change.

Joined as the 7th employee. Established and managed the first customer success and client services team, strategy, and workflows. Managed team of full and part-time service reps. Also led user research to drive product roadmap, managed backlog, and supported UX/UI design.

Seed venture fund. I was the first hire. Our 2-3 person investment & portfolio management team grew the portfolio to 100 startups in two years.
