I began my role at Kate Spade as an MBA intern, completing a strategy project for a Board of Directors meeting in July 2017. Based on performance, I continued working with Kate Spade until I was hired for a full-time role to act as a corporate strategy resource to the executive team - working with senior leadership to develop strategic plans and engaging cross-functionally to evaluate new business opportunities.

Retail Performance MBA Intern - Created retail operations KPI dashboard to monitor individual store sales, providing weekly guidance on opportunities to improve store performance; accelerated reporting from days to hours, significantly improving collaboration.
• Performed sales and sell-through analysis down to the product level to inform cross-functional strategies, highlight key business drivers, and tailor sales incentive programs.

My role on project teams generally started prioritization of strategic initiatives. From there, I gathered data from scattered sources and structured clear analyses to extract meaningful insights and develop high-impact recommendations. In order to present business cases, I built clear and concise presentation materials to inform senior level executives and drive action. I also have experience working with many stakeholders across functions and geographies.
