Providing Ad Hoc technical accounting and financial reporting services as an independent consultant to both public and private companies in the biotechnology, pharma, software and technology industries. Strategic projects have included accounting for stock-based compensation, debt and equity financings, acquisitions and reverse mergers, revenue recognition and implementation of new accounting standards.

As part of the firm's audit team, I was promoted early to Assurance Manager in December of 2012 after being with the firm for 3+ years. At the manager level, I was part of the firms SEC practice and primarily worked on audit engagements of public companies who were rapidly raising money by issuing debt or equity.

Additionally, I was in charge of overseeing the staff on my engagements and had clients in the manufacturing, pharma, telecom and life sciences industries.
