I developed a socially and environmentally responsible resort in South Asia. I did all of the financial modeling, investment memorandum preparation, presentation preparation, and graphic design for the project. The financial models, marketing materials, and presentations that I created for the banks and investors were used to successfully close over $8 million for the project.

I created the information strategy for the company and worked with all levels of management and staff in the Construction Management, Accounting, Fund Management, Acquisitions, Operations, Debt, Equity, Client Servicing, Information Technology, Finance, and Treasury departments to design and develop applications for a variety of business processes including: budgeting, loan servicing, credit risk, construction management, cash management, workout properties, stock share tracking, & underwriting.

Managed over $7 billion of private equity invested in over 100 corporate, private, guaranteed, and proprietary low income housing tax credit real estate funds. Oversaw the investor reporting (quarterly financial reports, annual performance reports, all financial models, and annual property and fund audit) and developer servicing (review and approve construction draws, contract administration) of over 1,200 multi-family properties in the U.S. Developed performance, variance, & watch list reports.

Worked with the heads of business units to design, develop, and deliver business processes and information technology systems to improve the efficiency of the organization, increase client retention, and improve return-on-investment. Prepared design documents, SWOT analyses, business analyses, and management presentations.

Conducted present and future state business analyses of $1,000,000 to $20,000,000 management and technology projects for marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), and sales. Developed visioning documents and other deliverables which summarized key findings and outlined a series of projects, processes, and procedures that would meet the future state requirements using industry best practices; prepared the business cases.
