I coordinated all projects for the Credit Union while managing several organizational projects. I oversaw and supported our project managers ensuring they followed the established project process. I coached project managers throughout their projects to ensure the project stayed on scope on time and within budget. Additionally I used Lean Six Sigma principles to find, report and improve on processes throughout the organization.
