Improved access to critical vaccines in the developing world by working directly with global stakeholders, including UNICEF, Gavi, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and multinational vaccine manufacturers. I cultivated and managed relationships with these stakeholders, and scoped and managed projects across a variety of geographies. These included building a costing model to incentivize Ebola vaccine development and assessing and benchmarking UNICEF's vaccine tendering process.

Advised clients on key strategic planning projects, including mergers and acquisitions and strategic market entry, by conducting targeted and cold call interviews, desk research, and complex financial and customer data analysis. Selected projects include an economic development and revitalization case for a large U.S. metropolitan city, an international market assessment for a healthcare technology startup, and a competitive assessment and due diligence for a multinational manufacturer.
