Business development and go to market responsibility for SCM strategy, Private equity for Medical Devices and Pharma companies in Europe (extended team of 20 FTE). Executed several operational DD projects, supported the privatization of SCM infrastructure assets for the Saudi-Arabian MoH, led the assessment and deployment of APS tools, and had been leading the successful SC transformation for a PE-owned Pharma firm.

Jan led the M&A Advisory services from 2012-2017 and then took over the CIO advisory services in mid 2017. Jan led a variety of strategy and transformation projects for consumer, retail and pharma/medical devices firms. Key successes were the formation of a dedicated M&A team at VMWare, the integration work at Mattel, and the custom development / deployment of a self learning data acquisition framework for the banking industry including the hiring of 2,000 FTEs on 3 different continents.
