Act as an independent consultant to early-stage companies in various industries; services include financial modeling/forecasting, accounting, fundraising, operations, due diligence, sales, strategy, and data analytics

- Joined the Founder as the first hire in Oct. 2015 to do anything and everything needed to reach launch
- Successfully raised $1.25M over 7 months from friends and family
- Managed everything related to fundraising, finance/accounting (including building and maintaining the company forecast), operations, logistics, investor relations, provider/doctor recruitment, insurance, payroll & benefits, and customer service

- Play an active role in the FIG team throughout various types of transactions, including company sell-side, buy-side, capital formation, business development and other strategic initiatives
- Perform valuation analyses (DCF, trading and transaction comparables), draft marketing materials (teasers, information memoranda, and management presentations) and manage due diligence processes
- Provide analytical support to and interact extensively with company senior management and financial sponsors

- Completed seven week Adkins, Matchett & Toy training program in London covering Microsoft Excel, DCF analysis, advanced accounting and other valuation techniques
- Advised on internal approvals for the client base, such as leading on capital allocation and credit approvals
- Analyzed profitability and strength of client relationships, ensuring that RBS’ loan portfolio is used efficiently and effectively
