Source and execution for Meghraj Capital, based in London. I work in the U.S. as the "eyes and ears" for the group which sources and executes deals of various sizes across multiple industries. Meghraj Capital has access to proprietary deal from within the Meghraj Group which includes one of the largest independent trust companies in the world.

At Tellus Advisory Group, I worked with earlier stage companies. Typical capital raising activities were in the $10-40MM range. Successfully completed a $20MM round of acquisition financing for a Telco consolidation play and a $90MM buyout of a network infrastructure deal.

As a managing director in the Investment Banking Group at Seaport, I was responsible for engagement acquisition and execution. I worked closely with companies looking to approach the capital markets for multiple use of funds, working capital, acquisition capital and restructuring work. I successfully raised $42MM in recapitalization of a specialty plastics manufacturing group in Europe and $94MM in a working capital line for a oil refinery.

Cypress was a $100MM co-investment private fund, partnered with VCs to participate in their portfolio company financing rounds. I raised the entire $100MM through a network of small investment firms and family offices.
