Stanford Health Services & Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital: Provided change management and business process improvement consulting to improve all aspects of health care delivery. Lead and coached over 15 process improvement teams in billing department that resulted in increased cash flow by $1M/month and decreased billing cycle time from 160 days to 45 days.

General Motors: Facilitated team of top global executives (“C” level) to dramatically improve global supply chain management process and decrease cost of waste by 65%.
Universal Studios: Developed action plans and coached teams to successfully implement a Shared Services Project consolidating shared services among division of world renowned entertainment company that saved approximately $40,000,00 in costs.
