Mr. Burggraf is the Founding Principal of PDC Partners, a Project Delivery Consultancy. He has taken the experience gained after 8 years with an internationally recognized consulting firm to offer solutions for his Client’s most challenging problems, on a tailored platform. In this role, he works together with Clients in asset intensive industries to help them better manage their Capital Expense and view the built environment as their competitive advantage.

Mr. Burggraf was a Senior Director in FTI Consulting’s Forensic and Litigation Consulting practice in Denver, CO. In this position, he was co-leader of the Denver construction practice focused on developing FTI's Project Advisory services, including: owner’s representation and project management functions, capital cash-flow forecasting, audit, shared services assessment and implementation and dispute resolution services on projects of varying size and complexity.
