I served as the primary financial officer over T-Mobile Arena, Grand Garden Arena, Mandalay Bay Events Center, Park Theater, and several other regional venues. In this role, I provided strategic leadership and direction for the Entertainment team and operations. I oversaw teams that manage accounting processes for MGM's larger entertainment venues, and managed the financial planning and analysis activities related to Corporate Entertainment.

Executed investor relations strategy for newly formed public company, refining marketing message around the company's strategy and financial objectives. Structured pricing and refinancing of the company's debt facilities. Supervised the company's risk management group.

Partnered with business unit GM to execute Dell Networking strategic growth plan, allocate capital and resources and grow sales to approximately $1 billion in revenue.

Developed and prepared all communications directed to the investment community. Led preparation of earnings releases, analyst meetings, domestic and European non-deal roadshows, initiated debt investor program.

Developed talking points and scripts for CEO and other senior executives.

Led negotiation and contractual pricing on Dell products sold to the financial services industry, overseeing approximately $800 million in annual revenue.

Division controller over $300 million revenue P&L, oversaw FP&A and accounting, performed month-end reporting, variance analysis and forecast, and delivered monthly business review presentations to COO and CFO.

Direct sales for industrial customers buying specialty polyurethane products, with account responsibilities for clients on the east coast and in Texas.
