• Orchestrated a corporate Digital Transformation strategy to implement a Global Enterprise B2B e-Commerce solution. This multi-million dollar Portfolio/Program included paving the road for Daimler’s Digital Transformation, setting up Enterprise Program/Portfolio Management standards/practices, infrastructure, revenue growth, P&L, and a state of art technology platform.

• Reviewed and implemented MSA and SOW for vendor management and managed several vendors for budget, resources, timeline, and execution planning.
• Led Global Portfolio / Project Management Organization to support approvals for all incoming program/project requests/intake for Roadmap planning/execution to lead & manage the budget, resources, timelines, and initial scope for prioritization/approval.

• Led a Digital Transformation and implementation for Elastic Path and Clover eCommerce platforms to support E&J Gallo’s Omni-channel strategy. This initiative generated revenue growth for Online, Wine Clubs, Tasting Room, and Point of Sale strategies.
• Initiated Portfolio Management planning and execution with business and technology to develop and implement Omni-Channel Roadmap.

• Led MSA / SOW creation, strategy, ROI, reviewed and signed-off for Stein Mart, Kibo, and eBay Enterprise. This effort was to ensure successful program delivery Business Case execution to meet vision, mission, goals, and ROI.
• Led an Enterprise PMO for e-Commerce platform implementation to support Stein Mart's Omni-channel's roadmap across analytics, marketing platforms, and personalization.

• Led a previously established EPMO to lead Release Management program, strategy, process, change management, risk mitigation, and implementation to execute overall Mobile strategy.
• Delivered Native App – iOS and Android, Mobile.Com, Tablet.Com, and vertical services/applications for all mobile domains. This effort supported corporate strategies to grow multi-million dollars goal to gain markets in Mobile – Omni-Channel.

• Developed and led One World implementation to Linear / Nortek’s corporate strategy. This effort brought the program back on track & replaced 30+ years of the legacy system(s) and resulted in corporate business transformation.
• Managed and aligned all strategic and Business Case aspects for Product/Software Development Life Cycles and managed an external vendor – McGladrey for overall delivery.

• Developed and executed overall strategies, processes, and methodology to lead e-Commerce and Loyalty Programs at LS&CO to support overall e-Commerce strategy. These initiatives were introduced to stabilize the EU platform and to be adopted by other global regions.

Drove all aspects of product development, drove upfront project planning and sought appropriate approvals, collaborated with multiple workstreams, Front End, Back End, and QA specifications, drove crisp engineering execution, established quality assurance plans and ongoing adherence to detailed budgeting and resource prioritizations to launch iOS and Android applications in Australia, Belgium, Mexico, USA, and India.

• Managed all technical aspects of product development, driving upfront project planning and seeking appropriate approvals, collaboration with multiple workstreams, Front End, Back End, and QA specifications, driving crisp engineering execution, the establishment of quality assurance plans, and ongoing adherence to detailed budgeting and resource prioritizations to execute an education portal.

• Managed program objectives to support global sales operation's process and systems to develop and implement go to market strategies, sales compensation models, and product roadmap for Americas, EMEA, and Asia.
• Defined and designed global business program, process to improve sales compensation business model, KPI, sales hierarchy, and global coverage map for America, EMEA, and Asia. This effort was to integrate with Salesforce, Peoplesoft, and other systems to improve global sales.
