Led health information technology (HIT) and health information exchange (HIE) projects within the federal human capital practice, specializing in technical assistance, training, communications, change management and talent management. Led several 50 person teams ($10+M) and sold more than $25M in sales in last 3 years.

Supported strategic and business planning at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Supported several projects within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), including standardizing incident responses for the United States Coast Guard (USCG), data governance and information sharing processes. Assisted with a shared services implementation at a leading university and health system by supporting the creation of business, cost savings, and transition plans and baselining approximately 20 key performance indicators.
