Retained by Canadian aerospace corporation as a member of their transition management to support the acquisition and turnaround of a US based manufacturing company. Led restructuring of supply chain and purchasing of newly acquired company to improve companywide operating performance through SAP reconfiguration, streamlining/re-engineering core business processes, implementation of key performance metrics and employee and organizational development

Developed and operationalized a new outsourced distribution and logistics program from the ground up for an international food manufacturer and importer. Negotiated multiyear contract and managed onboarding activities with 3PL service provider and worldwide suppliers to launch a fully integrated end-to-end supply chain program.

Project lead on the development and implementation of supply chain transformation strategies, and creation of a corporate shared services organization including centralized procurement, category management, strategic sourcing, leveraged spend management, supplier qualification and compliance, and supply and demand planning (S&OP).
