My time in consulting was an accelerated learning journey which exposed me to a myriad of business challenges across functional areas and industries.

Conceived and developed the business case for the National Hockey League and its franchises to increase their investment in youth hockey. This business case was the foundation for the NHL to create the "Industry Growth Fund" in the 2013 CBA, a $60M/year investment in grassroots hockey programs.

Led finance workstream on $150MM infrastructure outsourcing project;
• Teamwork: Represented IT Finance in negotiations, reducing annual infrastructure costs by 20% ($30MM)
• Analytics: Built and maintained financial model for deal
• Implementation: Conceptualized and implemented controls for new vendor management organization
