Was responsible for field reporting, incentive compensation goal-setting, incentive compensation measurement along with acting as a point of contact between IT and Commercial Analytics department. The scope also included support to marketing as well as market research initiatives

Was also responsible for development, maintenance of field reports in collaboration with sales & marketing business partners. Was responsible for processing all data sources ( targeting data, call activity etc,. ) in the warehouse to support sales & marketing initiatives
