I conduct a range of financial / economic modelling, business strategy development/refinement, program evaluation, options identification and business case development, market analysis, pricing and commercial due diligence for my clients at Deloitte.

• Conduct commercial due diligence to determine the financial viability of energy, infrastructure and water related transactions (buy and sell side).
• Deliver financial, economic and statistical modelling to inform investment or policy/program decisions for investments.
• Evaluate cost savings potential through a combination of desktop and site based auditing for industrial and commercial clients.
• Lead cost benefit analysis for major projects and make recommendations on economic benefit

- Establish relationships with resources firms and peak body agencies for the purpose of influencing investment / portfolio decisions.
- Project management and oversight of Vision 2020, including the development of a departmental scorecard for resource investment projects.
- Deliver financial, economic and statistical modelling to inform investment and policy/program decisions.
- Conduct supply and demand forecasting for state resources, particularly coal and gas.

- Successfully raised $1m in funding to finance the pilot project and successfully transitioned to commercial operation, producing 1000L per week within 1 year.
- Negotiate and maintain supplier contracts with pharmaceutical, food and beverage and waste treatment businesses.
- Develop and manage team facility budgets, including labor and materials expenditure and fuel sales targets.
- Design and conduct training programs for new interns and student programs for biodiesel education.
