I work both solo and in partnership with other boutique L&D consultancies to deliver learning programs on topics such as annual strategic planning, leadership EQ, communications/executive presence, coaching, change mgmt, conflict, team dynamics, etc. I have particular expertise in career development, strengths work, leadership transitions, and performance management.

Part of a 3-person managing consulting team, building US business for this Australian-based leadership consultancy. Designed, delivered and program managed several high potential and mid-management leadership programs for clients in software, financial services, and healthcare. Although no longer operating in the management consulting team due to a shift in organization priorities/investment, I continue to actively facilitate leadership programs with LIW.

Manager in the People Competency practice, focused on all aspects of change management, training design, training delivery and client engagement for global ERP system implementations across multiple business sectors including high tech, eng & construction, healthcare, manufacturing.

My first role out of college, I began as a technical writer on business software applications in this small documentation and training firm. When the ERP software wave began we were in a prime position to offer expanded services to our global clients, in every business sector. I became lead facilitator, then project and senior project manager leading up to 20 people on multi-million dollar multi year engagements, then finally led the business development team in the US.
