 Recruited by private equity group and management team of Welch ATM to play a senior role in various strategic initiatives including preparation of Company for sale. Welch ATM was successfully acquired by Cardtronics, Inc. (NASDAQ:CATM) in October 2014 for $160 Million;
 Directed internal team through sell-side due diligence process while acting as a main point of contact for Investment Bank and prospective buyers.

 Completely managed buy side financial due diligence process for M&A advisory clients including 42 acquisitions totaling over $600 million in a four year period for a NYSE traded healthcare services company;
 Performed financial, market, and operational due diligence for clients including: quality-of-earnings reviews, management interviews, market landscape reports and collateral analyses;

 Built a solid record of achievement and advancement through increasingly responsible positions with a specialization in biotechnology, health systems and pharmaceutical industries;
 Involved in extensive client interviews and observations as part of the general audit and SOX 404 compliance initiative;
 Performed various analytical and detailed testing of key controls in place and recommended possible solutions for the overall control environment and deficiencies in business cycles;
