Full responsibility for project delivery across all disciplines (Regulatory, Strategy, IT, New Business, Process and Control) for Private Banking in the UK, Channel Islands and Gibraltar. Managed an annual investment budget of USD 16m.
Development of Strategy, internal pitch decks and business cases to support investment decisions.
Reporting to the COO and accountable to the CEO, Board of Directors and Head Office.

Governance and oversight of the CFO function for all locations in EMEA outside of the UK (15 locations, 100 staff). Reporting directly to the CFO for EMEA
