Lead trainer for development of a supply chain at a newly established Iraqi National Police battalion. Concurrently, planned and conducted 210 combat missions and tactical operations. Trained 400 Iraqis in logistics planning and supply chain management of $3 million in assets. Drafted, bid, and supervised $4.5 million in construction contracts . Also led as few as 40 and as many as 125 Marines during operations to move 1,200 vehicles and 8,200 passengers via airport, rail, and port facilities.
