Joined as employee #2 at a startup seeking to develop video game therapy for children on the autism spectrum. Led design and development of a prototype that generated compelling preliminary efficacy and engagement data. Assembled and managed a team of 11 developers, designers, QA analysts, and creatives. Conducted user testing in public and private schools. Collaborated with researchers at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Authored a winning NSF grant.
