As a result of a saving opportunity assessment provided by Capita for an online retail client, an overall saving of £5m
for 2021 was identified. I headed the delivery of the IT saving initiative (while managing another procurement
professional), a £2m saving was delivered against an IT spend baseline of £20m while also reducing the risks and
improving the terms for numerous IT agreements. I devised the sourcing strategies for all the IT sourcing projects and
