Okta, a IDaaS startup, was the first investment of Andreessen Horowitz and is valued at over $1B.

I run operations for the Enterprise business growing 40% annually, including: operational programs, go-to-market pitch strategy, hiring/staffing including extended go-to-market teams demand generation and services, territory allocation, quota and compensation plan design, bookings policies, CRM design, and so much more. I am the COO to the sales org.

Kahuna, a Sequoia-backed startup, created the omni-channel marketing automation..

The new Head of Sales hired me to help grow and scale the sales organization, as the company prepared to raise their Series B round of funding. Structured the revenue organization from partners to direct sales to customer success, while building the B-round plan that ultimately raised our valuation 4.7x. Company ultimately ran into market fit issues and shut down sales and marketing to better ramp product.

LinkedIn, at the time, was the second largest SaaS revenue company, next to SalesForce. Talent Solutions is their largest revenue stream, selling a platform for companies to recruit talent from LinkedIn's extensive network.

I ran Sales Ops for the Talent Solutions new logo Account Executives and annual planning for the entire Talent Solutions vertical in their North America sales.
