Deal experience includes advising a global hospitality major on their $150mn acquisition of a US hotel and casino, raising a new $250mn fund for a financial services company to serve as a feeder asset fund, raising $20mn for a B2B SaaS company and $25mn structured credit raising for a portfolio of commercial real estate assets.

Set up the US M&A business for the bank focused on cross-border M&A and capital raising. Deals in this role included $100 million sale of non-ferrous ore mine in Africa, $500 million capital raise for a new mobility company, and the $125 million carve-out and sale of a public specialty financial service company's processing division.

Was instrumental in incubating a part of the bank's equity and equity-linked capital-raising business.

Led the firm's financial institution coverage practice for the Indian market.

Joined the bank's then Corporate Finance and Advisory team in India as a part of the original 6-member start-up team that focused on cross-border M&A advisory and bespoke structured financing situations. Was instrumental in developing the Bank’s South Asian event-driven financing structures.

Primarily M&A-focused; additional experience in equities (ECM) and fixed income (bond sales). Was a key member of the team focused on government privatization business.
