I rebuilt all revenue forecasting models, across 9 BUs, from a reactive to a proactive product-set, that used on-platform data to predict revenue in future periods within a 98% confidence interval. The process involved deeply understanding their KPIs and reinventing their method data aggregation for forecasting.

Anderson Venture Accelerator - Venture Advisor

Created and implemented infrastructure for inaugural accelerator program at UCLA Anderson. Our goal was to graduate more businesses out of UCLA. We completed two cohorts across diverse verticals – ed-tech, VR, rideshare, apparel, real estate, food tech – bringing 100% of companies (at various stages) to product and paying customers. Two teams graduated to accredited accelerator acceptance and three teams closed angel/venture funding (out of 11 total).
