As Director of Financial Strategy, I act as lead strategist on broad scope engagements, I also serve as a fractional CFO, leading financial modeling efforts, initiative ROI, capital structure discussions, and capital raising strategies.

Help founders to build financial models, pitch decks, and consult on capital raising strategy and presentation. Clients include pre-seed through B funded companies in 6 countries. Focus in SaaS businesses.

At Fundify, I had the privilege of working with hundreds of startups, early stage investors, and subject matter experts. I worked to match startups with investors to create a principal investment platform. I worked on developing strategy, designing and delivering products and services (through Fundify.com and our ProAdvisor, Investor, and Deal Summary Services), acquiring users, recruiting and onboarding employees, and developing strategic partnerships.

Supported managing directors throughout entire deal process including business development, industry research, custom financial modeling, valuation, preparation of deal memoranda, investor targeting, and marketing activities.
