Partnered with executive suite and senior business leaders to identify actionable goals and implement an approach and plan to guide them in delivering effective strategic communications internally and externally to create and strengthen opinion and behavior among key audiences that is favorable to the attainment of business goals.

Designed and delivered Strategic Communications, Change Management, Process Improvement and Training Design for client businesses. Clients included a chemical manufacturing company, major New York City public service organization, and the Maryland Army National Guard.

Led team providing Communications/ Change Management/ Training, Quality Assurance and Issue Resolution within Payroll Services operation during a divisional divestiture. Led communication/change management for enterprise-wide payroll processes standardization project implementing upgrades to PeopleSoft and SAP Payroll and Time & Labor systems.

Provided Communications, Change Management and Organizational Development leadership for Accenture and client businesses. Led Training Design and Development of Lean/Six Sigma-based Process Management Practices Modules for deployment into Accenture’s Business Process Outsourcing organization.
