This restructuring project included the process standardization of fourteen countries and third-party services from India.

Led budgeting, productivity projects, and portfolio innovation finance feasibility. Conducted financial scenarios for the 2015-2025 strategic plan. Led the financial feasibility for portfolio optimization with a 25% SKU reduction and one manufacturing site reduction executed in 2015. Annual revenue of US$ 1 billion mainly coming from brands like Trident, Halls, and Chiclets.

Supported price strategy and trade discounts by channel. New conditions in Ecuador improved collection days by 33% and reduced trade inventories by 15%. Developed a new model to evaluate promotions that included ROI, volume, and cannibalization variables. The model protected profits and increased efficiencies in trade negotiations.

Led the budgeting process and P&L management. Implemented linked planning with S&OP that allowed anticipating the peaks of demand such as caused in Brazil due to sudden GDP growth in 2010.
