 Led the development of an Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud implementation solution for small and medium- enterprise clients in the Healthcare and Higher Education space. Developed methodology, pricing structure, resourcing, and marketing approach.

 Co-led a global non-profit’s ERP software selection efforts. Success during software selection phase led to follow-on work as a Business Transformation Lead during the ERP implementation effort, with a particular focus on promoting efficiencies in revenue management (~$340MM annually).

Kyle provides consulting services to leading university and research institutions, specifically related to technology transformation and implementation of large-scale ERP solutions. He also helps solve complex business issues, manage risk and add value to performance through comprehensive service, including financial management, program management, operations improvement, and security and data management activities.

Representative experience includes:

• Served as project manager, leading a team of both client and consultant resources, for a successful Oracle cloud deployment that automated a previously inefficient and labor-intensive workflow process.
• Served as a project lead in developing and designing a comprehensive Quality Assurance Program that filled a gap in an organization’s risk management structure and resolved an oversight organization’s audit recommendation.
