Unlocked an entirely new market for the firm, building a robust sales pipeline within North American Financial Services. Captured and led client programs focused on Strategic Cost Management, Finance, and Performance Management. Led up to 20 direct and 100 indirect reports.

Built 2 major practices from scratch to transform clients’ finance organizations with hundreds of millions of dollars in impact: a 200-staff APAC Finance & Performance Management service line and a 200- staff BPO center in China. Carried out both sale (up to $65M engagements) and program delivery / key account management of global and regional finance transformation programs across industries and with multiple service offerings. Led up to 400 direct and 1K indirect reports.

After developing a credible reputation as a change leader within the Change Management Services, Organizational Design & Development Practice, I was promoted to Partner and Charter Member of the newly formed global Finance & Performance Management line. In this role, I orchestrated groundbreaking finance transformation engagements, including the redesign of finance organizations into shared services operations that dramatically reduced costs for clients.
