I provide outsourced CFO and Controllership services to small to mid-sized real estate portfolios. In doing so, I serve as a trusted advisor to portfolio managers by providing relevant and meaningful financial information to assist them making key investment/divestment decisions. Work: financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, investor reporting, budgeting, review accounting books, establish accounting policies and best practices.

As part of the real estate alternative investment solutions division, I managed teams that served large private REITs (up to $7 billion in gross assets) with full fund administration and accounting services. This included reviewing property financial statements, consolidated fund financials, coordinating external audits, quarterly management and investor reporting, investment returns and performance analysis. Worked directly with client executives and State Street executives on a regular basis

Led multiple audit teams and engagements for interim and year-end audits for clients in the construction, real estate, freight forwarding, and manufacturing industries. Work included extensive test of design and implementation of internal controls, substantive tests of complex accrual and significant estimate accounts, review of staff work, and documentation of significant audit findings and procedures.
