Manage all aspects of warehouse and distribution. This includes shipping, receiving, configuration, inventory control, import and export. Work directly with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure import and export compliance are being followed, i.e. documentation, classification, valuation, markings, labeling, description, licenses, etc....

Responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory, imports and exports for clinical trial drug products. Ensure proper handling of drug products in correct temperature controlled environment. Work closely with project managers, quality, production, manufacturing. Maintain inventory integrity and ensure cGMP requirements is followed. Develop training modules and onboard training process.

Responsible for managing shipping of finished goods, receiving, inventory, sterilization, and distribution for all international and domestic shipping. Work closely with customs brokers on import and export requirements, i.e. documentation, valuation, marking, labeling, country of origin, certifications, FDA, etc.

Build, implement and manage US Customs compliance department. Create compliance department from ground up, including parts HTS database, NAFTA, EAR, policies and procedures, markings, labeling, country of origin, etc. Work with various customs brokers and forwarders to ensure compliance rules is being followed on all imports, exports and cross border activities.
