Orchestrated the initial platform acquisition and later bolt-on acquisition of American Coil. Consolidated operations, engineering, outsourced half of the accounting function overseas and migrated accounting system built circa 1970 to a full blown ERP system. Total savings in excess of 1 million dollars.
