Gradifi offers student loan repayment benefits, student loan refinance benefits , and a college savings benefit program. Primary thought leader on company's strategy, business model, and operational model. Subject matter expert on educational finance industry.

Within startup, built new business line called SmarterBucks from scratch that allowed members to earn rewards in a variety of ways that were then automatically redeemed via payments on any student loan. Rewards could be earned a variety of ways including everyday spending when using the SmarterBank Debit Card, making purchases at merchants via an online marketplace, completing surveys, and other giveaways. SmarterBucks was later acquired by Gradifi.

Led wide variety of high impact strategy and corporate development initiatives working directly with members of Capital One’s Executive Committee on issues at the enterprise, line-of-business, and functional levels. Was head of strategy for Global Financial Services Division. Acted as COO of internal Strategy team with 30-40 FTE. Collaborated on venture capital investments and Board leadership of startups via internal North Hill Ventures team.

CDI was a Bain spinout focused on growth strategy projects that was later acquired by what is now Oliver Wyman. Developed growth strategies via rigorous analysis including industry structure, competitor and customer research, financial analysis, and extensive client interaction. Completed projects in variety of industries including mutual funds, cable television infrastructure, speech recognition software, chemical distribution, digital tape storage device, and software distribution.
