This my LLC that I have set up. I am focusing on providing Portfolio, Program, and Project leadership for clients. My current client is The Rank Group Limited. I am currently working with their Reynolds Consumer Products business to provide program leadership.

Led management of IT portfolio of global business and technical programs and projects from initial idea through implementation of solutions reporting into the CIO.

Led team of 8 experienced staff to leverage new SAP capabilities to drive efficiencies of the business teams; determined strategies and developed business cases to gain consensus and approval of new initiatives; led project teams to implement new capabilities.

Partnered with Finance and Accounting, Global Production, and Human Resources to determine IT strategies and initiatives to support continued global growth.

Partnered with Corporate Finance, Human Resources, and other Corporate business groups to determine IT strategies, initiatives and support.

Led, developed and managed all aspects of the enterprise application development and support organization. Led teams of direct reports of 40 employees. Managed cost center budgets of nearly $6M. As part of CIO’s staff, jointly managed IT spend of $86M.

Led, developed and managed all aspects of the application development and support organization. Member of Executive Business Team for the 2 largest businesses. Team developed initiatives and strategies to meet business goals. Led teams of direct reports ranging in size from 29 to 47 employees and up to 15 consultants. Jointly managed an IT budget of $30M and an annual project budget of up to $5M.
