Developed, designed and built out Centurion Card member airport lounges across major US airports which included full-service kitchen, bar, luxury spa and lounges.
Responsible for overseeing all major construction, design, licenses, renovation, brand placement, certifications and completion by strict schedule.

Managed the America West/US Airways merger consultant team.
Scope included consolidation analysis, planning and implementing real estate restack and footprint consolidation projects for the west coast USA and South America. Including the US Airways CHQ building restack construction project, decommissioning redundant airport and hangar flight operations (from the merger) and construction upgrade for a west coast data center.

Led the design and development team to carryout the construction and renovation projects for a newly acquired portfolio of 23 hotel properties. Hotels included new build concepts, PIP and rebranding properties.
