As a consultant, I assisted customers in business transformation to cloud based systems in HR (recruitment and application management), e-mail, file storage, and CRM. Heavily focused on Salesforce.com

Within the office, I worked on marketing, sales, business development, recruiting, and strategy for the start-up organization.

My focus was on developing configurations for the multiple business types and creating acceptable end user functionality across accounting, sales/shipping, procurement, and manufacturing/inventory. I worked with each company as they approached their go-live on requirements development, mapping out a software solution, and then making it become reality before go-live. I helped to provide test environments ahead of time with each companies own information to expose flaws.

Worked in a variety of positions in order to learn the business. As Front-End Coordinator, supervised the checkout operations and resolved any issues on up to 20 cash registers. Also completed planning and scheduling 125 part-time employees weekly schedules. Joined Management Internship program where I received training in all departments of the supermarket. Worked as Night Manager during this process overseeing store operations and all departments after 5pm.
